Ann O'Toole is a fashion designer with 30 years experience designing for High Street brands such as Topshop, Miss Selfridge and Urban Outfitters. Making the decision to move away from fast fashion, she currently works on up-cycling and customising vintage clothing and recent projects with OIP including the production of kimonos and scarves.
